The 'Book Launch' Project

Mrs Goodall has started a fantastic story on her 'Book Launch' blog. She has written the first Chapter (The Arrival) and different authors will continue the story. Miss Cassidy is writing next Chapter and can take the story anyway she wants. Students can also email her with their ideas, drawings or related work. Thanks to everyone who attended the 'Meet the Teacher' evening on Wednesday evening. It was perfect weather and a great time was had by all!

First Day of Free Milk!

Today we had our first drink of milk. It was cold and yummy. We learnt how to fold the milk containers. You need to make sure there is no milk left when you fold it up!

We can't wait until tomorrow when we get another milk!

The 'Pad Mobile' designed by Room 13 and Kyle Pickerill

Room 13 worked hard designing a new iPad mover as a learning inquiry this year. I was so thrilled to see it finished and it will make my job so much easier as I move from class to class with the devices. A big thank needs to go to Kyrie Pickerill from Quest Fabrication Limited who took the ideas and made them into a reality. What a talented person. Thank you so much Kyrie. It is fantastic!
